GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

Candidates appear in this exam for getting admission to M.E./M.Tech programmes in IITs, NITs.

Also, it increases job opportunities in PSUs.

Additionally, now many other companies directly recruit candidates on the basis of GATE scores.

For preparation of GATE exam, candidate must be clear regarding all the concepts of graduation.

Including subject questions, general aptitude and engineering mathematics questions will be also asked.
