No. Gulbarga is not an open university. It offers many full time courses in its campus. and has rich history from its establishment.

all its 330 affiliated colleges are providing a good amount of knowledge to the minds of young guns.
This university is approved by UGC.

even though its status as public university and state university.. It has a very huge university campus which is located 10 km away from gulbarga city center

it has 33 departments and 4 research centers.
and as mentioned earlier this university is also used as affiliation university.

so by this you need not be worried about degree offered by your college . It should be a valid degree by Gulbarga University.

I have want to joint IIPM Delhi for regular degree of MBA. Kindly tell me is IIPM is affiliated to Gulbarga unitversity for providing regular MBA degrees to IIPM students. Will this degree be at par with with regular degrees provided by punjab technical university or UP technical universities.
