Which has more job security between Bank Clerk and DRDO Admin Assistant?


Hello, I am Bharat Bagani and I am a Clerk in Bank of Baroda. Recently, DRDO CEPTAM exam was announce and I was thinking to apply for Admin Assistant post. Will it be wise choice, if provided opportunity, to join DRDO leaving my bank job?
