B.Ed Entrance exam is conducted for admissions into B.Ed courses.

As you have not provided the University in which you have written B.Ed Entrance exam it is tough to say whether your B.Ed entrance exam results are released or not.

some of the universities announced their results where some of them not announced yet.

If you are looking for IGNOU Results they are going to be released in a few couple of days.
