My Brother is working in TCS BPO as a account investigation dept , he had completed MCom , please suggest for further studies which will help him to get his goals .

I dont think that your brother needs any further studies.
If they faces any problem at work then tell him to join any Mentorship Programme.
Or do any IT related course for better future.

If you are working in BPO's then its very nice, and your brother is interested in furthur study then MBA is best career option because they have completed his M.com, then after M.com, MBA is best option and there are very wide career after MBA and they
will get high salary after completing MBA.....

As your brother has already done M.Com, he can go for MBA on finance and accounting as specialisation to make his future better.

dear friend as u are working in a BPO. so to make better carrier u ave to take some courses related to technical or management.

u can join for MBA course than it will give u a better carrier .

otherwise leave BPO or join other company as u havealready done M.com.

you can do MCA or MBA which are demanding now a days
you can do MBA through reputed colleges after clearing CAT,MAT you can get admission to best colleges of india.
it will be better if you take Finance or Marketing
And below mentioned are list of few colleges:
IIM,ahemadabad
IIM,kolkata
Mahavir Jain college
symbiosis college
XLRI,jamshedpur and many more colleges
And after completion of your masters degree you will be paid more

hello friend,according to my openion if you do mba,that will be better carrier for bpo...

just go for mba as you are in bpo sector and also do mca through distance edu. that will really booost your career in bpo field

MBA is the degree, which always comes to the rescue of the other degrees. Ask your brother, to do an MBA course, and it would certainly add value to his all other degree's and he can apply for office jobs in many MNC's.

After they call him for interview, he can do the best he can.
Or he can even try for IAS exam.

For the time being, ask him to study hard for the CAT, and crack it.
