I am pursuing my bsc in hotel management in srm university, Chennai. Am i eligible to take ias or kas (Karnataka) exams after this course.

Yes,for IAS candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university and having one subjects like Animal Husbandry,Botany, Chemistry, Zoology etc .. then you can apply for IAS.

Candidates age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years.

If you your college is approved by government of India and your degree is equivalent to graduation of master degree then you are eligible for sure.
