How about doing M.Sc Medical Physics after passing M.Sc in Physics only?

Hi, I have completed my M.Sc in Physics with first class ranking. Now, I am planing to do a specialized course in Medical Physics. Can I do M.Sc againg with specialization in Medical Physics? Or, is there any other specialized courses available in Medical Physics? And, what is the scope and job opportunities in Medical Physics?

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
