My father's middle name is missing in my class 10th and 12th mark sheet. Tell me the procedure to add it in? Should I tell to the school from where I did my 10th and 12th?

To add your father’s middle name in 10th and 12th standard marksheet, you have to contact your respective school where you have pursued your 10th standard and 12th standard. You have to inform the details or name correction that you want to do in marksheet to your school principal. They will ask you to fill the name correction form, you need to submit the ID proof which has full name and pay the specified fee. Your application will be forwarded to main board and you will get new certificate within 1-2 months.
