Re: How to answer questions in HR interview?
There are many questions which can be asked from you during H.R Interview
Some of them are: why do you want to join our company? How you can handle stress or pressure? What motivation bring you to us? Have you ever given an interview earlier? Why we hire you ? How can you contribute to us ? |

Re: How to answer questions in HR interview?
HR is Human resource. for interview hr round is very much important. one who are not strong in subject but strong in hr may get good job.
hr is the round of interview in which some general question asked which do not have any proper answer. but you have to think in deep and you have to answer with more confident and more carefully. some of common hr question are introduce yourself, why this company, why this institution, why this branch and other. Recruitment is a procedure by which one organization hire some employee may be from freshers or experienced person. hr general means the general question which are asked in hr interview. actually in hr there is no general. they may ask anything they want and you have to answer them. why do you want to join our company? for this answer you have to prepare yourself. it should not be copied from other. but it may be like, your company is very much growing, also have interest to work in this field, if you have work experience then add it as one point. try to add few more points and deliver it with confident. if they ask why not higher study then just try to convince them that you want to do higher study and you will continue it later. but now you want to do job for some work experience. try to answer this question in this way. your weakness, strength and hobbies you must find out. but always try to speak only one or two weakness, strength and hobby. best wishes. |

Re: How to answer questions in HR interview?
HR means Human Resource is very important for geeting job .so many good students get failed in HR interview.some general question asked in HR interview are -Introduce yourself, What do you know about this company, Why are you keen to join this company, What is your speciality e.t.c
there are no question regarding your syllabus.this is to test your confidence and mental ability .so in order to face HR interview in impressive way you must prepare to say about yourself.this is most important .think about yourself and every topic related to you and your company . don't get hesitated .answer your question with confidence but not with overconfidence. don't try to be personal with the man sitting before you .be professional and keep your eyes on every topic because they can ask question even about clock in their hand or office. try to convince them with your proper answer. If you faced HR interview well then you can easily get job .so ,prepare accordingly. |
