I am pursuing my Diploma course and I am in my final year. I want to do Industrial Training in Southern Railways for 6 months. How can I apply for it? Will I get any stipend as well?

You have to write an application to the Manager of "training cell" of southern railways. It will be better if you submit your application in the "training cell" through some reference of permanent employee of railways.
After due date of submission of application for training, the training cell will release a list of candidates shortlisted for training in railways.
If your name in shortlisted in the published list, then you can start training in southern railways.
