In order to become an Officer in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), you will have to first of all complete your bachelors degree proghram from a recognized university. Candidates possessing a bachelors degree in any discipline are considered eligible to appear for the entrance examination conducted for recruitment of Officers in Central Bureau of Investigation department.

The selection procedure is carried out by Staff Selection Commission.The selection test conducted by the commission is known as the Combined Graduate Level Examination and in addition to being a graduate, you must be within the age limit of 20-25 years to be considered eligible for the exam.
Once you qualify all the stages, i.e, written examination and interview, you will be appointed as an Sub-Inspector in the Central Bureau of Investigation.

you cant be a CBI officer after passing class 12..
You must be minimum a Graduate degree holder from a reputed university..
In any job when you are applying for a OFFICER designation...you must be minimum a graduate..
So, !st of all you have be graduate with 60% marks..
then you can apply to be a CBI officer..

NO you cant join CBI on the basis of 12th.

Eligibility :

You must have completed your graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% aggregate.

Age Limit :

You must be within the age group of 21-30 years. With age relaxation provided as
OBC : 3 years relaxation (33 years)
SC/ST : 5 years relaxation (35 years)

The selection based on Written Test, Personal Interview as per the rules and regulation of the Govt of India.

As you have just passed 12th standard you must complete graduation and also your age, height, weight must be eligible in order to become CBI officer, so first of all complete your graduation in any of the streams only after that you will be eligible to apply for CBI Recruitment.

To join in CBI officer You need to crack CGPE(Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam). This exam conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Committe).

TO become an CBI Officer you have to pass Bachelor degree course in any stream from recognized university.

Your age should be in between 20 to 27 years. The upper age relaxation applicable this exam. 5 years age relaxation for sc/st candidates and 3 years for obc candidates.

GENDER:

Both male and female eligible to become am CBI officer but you should be citizen of india.

No. You cannot become a CBI officer just by passing 12th. The minimum academic qualification required to become a CBI officer is a bachelors degree in any stream from any UGC recognised university with a minimum of 60% in aggregate. After passing 12th you are not eligible for C.B.I after passing 12th.
If you want to join C.B.I then you have to pass graduation with any stream.

After passing graduation you have to qualify the entrance exam conducted by Staff selection commission once in a year.

ELIGIBILITY FOR C.B.I:-
> Pass graduation with any stream from recognized university.
> The age limit is 21-27 year.
> Only Indian Citizen can apply.
