How to become a magistrate if I am a SC Women with kids? I am 27 years old
i am an sc women having to kids and am 27years old i want to become an magistrate.what is the rules now i finished llb.

Yes,you will be eligible to apply for the post of magistrate at an age of 27 years .
Candidate who wishes to become Magistrate has to appear either in the exams conducted by the Law Service Commission or for the State Judicial Law Entrance Exam conducted by the Public Service Commission. The eligibility criteria required to apply for the post are as under :- -The candidate should have passed LLB/LLM with a minimum of 55% marks in final exam from a recognized university. -The candidate age limit to apply for the post should be from 21 years to 35 years at the time of applying. |
