How to become a structural engineer? I am pursuing B.Tech degree from reputed college


i am pursuing my B.tech degree from a reputed college VVIT. i am in 3rd year CIVIL ENGINEERING branch. i want to become STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, but i don't have proper guidance so i would like to know what to study and where to study and which exam (GATE or GRE) i have to write... i am interested in both GATe and GRE. please help me in this matter
