Am doing B.E 2nd year Electronics and communication engineering course...i want to join IAF...also am a female....what are all the procedures to join...??

i think female candidate is not allowed in IAF but you can seat in ON-CAMPUS placement...........

but if IAF come in your college then you are surely seat in that exam but ithink open there is no seat for female in IAF..............

that,s don't worry you can try for another exam ................

IAF For Female Candidates
There are various entry schemes through which females can join
Indian Air force. Females can only join Indian Air force as an officer.
The various entry schemes through which you can join Indian Air force
after the completion of your engineering is given below:

University Entry Scheme (UES)
You can join Indian Air force through the University Entry Scheme.
You can join as an Aeronautical Engineering in Indian Air force.
The eligibility criteria required for the UES is given below;

Education Qualification
Candidates applying for the UES should have a degree of
engineering. Candidate appeared in the final year exam are
also eligible to apply for the UES exam.

AGE LIMIT
Candidate applying through UES should have age between
18 to 28 years.

yap u can get IAF by writing exam 4 it...but only final or prefinal year are eligible 4 exam...so u can try next year...all the best

After your B.E Degree You have ample number of Entries Like

I) CDSE i.e Combined Defense Service Exam , need Girls/Guy with any Degree from recognized university for Indian Army.

If You want to join Indian Air force then You need to have Physics Or maths as a subject in your Graduation and which you posses.

II) Flying (Pilot) Short Service Commission (For Men & women), Both men and women are eligible to apply for short service commission in the flying branch. ” Short Service Commission in Flying branch is for 14 years with no further extension.
