No you are not eligible to enroll for the IPCC level. Graduate from commerce background can apply for the IPCC level only if they have secured above 55% marks. So you will have to enroll for the CPT level first. The fees for this level is Rs 6000. Make the payment in form of a DD and enclose proof of your education qualification, date of birth.

Unfortunately you can not apply for the IPCC directly because you fail to meet percentage requriement for B.com graduates to get direct entry to IPCC. You will have to go through the complete course of Chartered Accountancy.
As you may know that the Chartered Accountancy course has 3 stages: 1. Common Proficiency Test (CPT) 2. Integrated Professional Competancy Test (IPPC) 3. Final Course CPT Students who have passed 10th are eligible for the Common Proficiency Test. It is a 200 marks paper where you are required to score at least 100 marks to pass it. Candidates who have completed 12th can also apply for the Common Proficiency Test. 1. Fundamentals of Accountancy 2. Economics 3. Mercantile Law 4. Quantitative Aptitude Integrated Professional Competancy Test (IPCC) Thanks to the changes made by the ICAI, students can skip the Common Proficiency Test and directly apply for the IPCC. But these changes only apply to candidates who have a graduation degree. Here are the eligibility criteria for direct admission for IPCC Candidate must score at least 55 percent marks in B.Com Candidates who have graduation degree in other streams require 60 percent marks. There are total of 7 papers in IPCC that are divided into two groups: Group 1 1. Accounting 2. Business Laws,Ethics and Communication 3. Cost Accounting and Financial Management 4. Taxation Group 2 5. Advanced Accounting 6. Auditing and Assurance 7. Information Technology and Strategic Management Final Course Do you know that only 15 percent students manage to pass CA every year. It has a lot to do with Final course of Chartered Accountancy which is considered the most difficult of three stages. The third stage of Chartered Accountancy is also divided into two stages: Group 1 1. Financial Reporting 2. Strategic Financial Management 3. Advanced Auditing and Professional Ethics 4. Corporate and Allied Laws Group 2 5. Advanced Management Accounting 6. Information System control and Audit 7. Direct Tax Laws 8. indirect tax Laws |

Hey, That's really a nice question. Friend you had got two option right know which are as follows:- 1.Through CPT route:- Through this route u have to wait for 9 months from the date of getting registered in IPCC and in addition to that u also have to clear the IPCC Group 1 exam for joining the article ship training program of this course which is of 3 years duration. 2.Direct Entry Scheme (for graduate securing above 55% in commerce stream or 60% in others and post graduate ) :- Through this route u don't have to fulfill the above two requirements i.e. neither u had to wait for 9 months & nor u have to clear yr IPCC Group 1 exams for joining the article ship program as in CPT. DECESION:- So as in my opinion you should opt for the Direct Entry Scheme Because it save your minimum 9 months duration for completing this course and as i'm seeing you are a B-com passed student so u already make a 3 year late entry in this course so the time factor really matter for you. Note:- For getting Registered in Direct Scheme you have to join as a new candidate. Fees are same as for CPT passed candidates. For detail inquiry please visit to your nearest ICAI centre & ICAI websit i.e icai.org |

There are two option of doing IPCC
first is Doing Passing CPT and get registered for IPCC. Another option is Direct Entry Scheme i.e IPCC after doing graduation in this method one should be B.com graduate with 55% and from other stream one should be 60%. According to rule you are not eligible for direct entry scheme, if you want to IPCC then first Clear CPT Exam and registered for IPCC. Best of Luck. |

Sorry friend you are not eligible to apply for IPCC after completing B.Com because you fail to meet the required poercentage to apply for IPCC exam directly. But the B.Com students can apply directly for IPCC exam.If you are not eligible to apply directly for IPCC exam, you need to appear and qualify in the CPT entrance exam.
Thank You |

sorry dear its your very tough luck , you just missed 1% for direct entry to ipcc after graduation, for ipcc direct entry scheme you have to score minimum 55% (commerce graduates) in graduation, and othhers 60% so, you will have to get registered for cpt for your ca carrier, registration fee for cpt is 6000, and exam is conducted in may and december, you have to score minimu 30% in each paer of cpt and over all 50% to pass cpt, all the best |
