For becoming Pilot, you can appear for AFCAT Exam.

Recently, AFCAT 2015 Exam was conducted on 22 February 2015.

If you wish to appear in next AFCAT Exam, then you can apply through http://www.careerairforce.nic.in after the release of Notifications for next AFCAT Exam.

Selection Procedure of AFCAT Exam is based on following stages.

At first, AFCAT and EKT (Engineering Knowledge Test) which will be conducted.

Exam will be conducted online, so you will have to login through your respective username and password.

After short-listing, you will be called for further testing in anyone of the following cities: Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar or Varanasi.

This testing consist of following stages:

• Stage-I Test consist of Intelligence Test
• Stage-II Test consist of Psychological Test, Group Tests and Interview.

Exam Pattern of AFCAT:

• Duration of AFCAT: 2 hours
• Duration of EKT: 45 minutes
