How can I fix the problem faced at the time of applying for MHRD Scholarship?

sir i completed 2nd year b.tech i got mhrd scholarship for first time but when iam trying to renewal my application maximum coloumns are in inactive state and although the first field ''Application type'' is in active state it is not responding .please tell me how can i fix this problem otherwise any alternate way for renewal
