How can I get admission in IIT after completing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering?


Respected Sir, I am pursuing Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and after completing it I want to pursue my education from IIT. I am doing diploma in electronics engineering. Please suggest me, what should i do after completing this ,which is best for my future and i will get good job .
