Yes, you can get admission in Polytechnic course after scoring 153 marks in JAMB. After qualifying the entrance examination, you have to participate in the counselling process according to your examination rank and you will be allotted a seat in a particular college for pursuing Polytechnic course. Since, you have secured 153 marks in JAMB and qualified the entrance examination, you can get admission in Polytechnic course.
