I had passed 12th board examination from a school affiliated to CBSE board in the year 1996. How can I get migration certificate now? Do I need to apply in school or to CBSE Board?

For migration certificate contact to your school office, they will give you.
Migration certificate given to student at the time of leaving the school along with transfer certificate.
If you are very old student then contact to the board office because may school remove your records.
