Sir/Madam, I have completed my MPhil in Political Science distance course from Vinayaka Mission University around 10 years ago. I have already received my Provisional Certificate and marksheet. But I haven't received my original certificate. How can I get this certificate?

I Have completed MBA through distance mode from Vinayaka Mission University around 14 years ago, i got the provisional certificate and i paid all the relevant payments to get the OD , but it is very fortunate they are not responding to any of my mails, can any one suggest what to do now and how to proceed further to get the OD.
