NIT Warangal takes admission on the basis of the rank scored by the candidate in JEE Main exam. JEE Main exam is conducted by CBSE and is a nationally conducted exam.
The general opening rank for computer science and engineering course at NIT Warangal is around 450 and the closing rank is around 2500. For OBC candidates its about 800-5200, for SC candidates its 10300-29500 and for ST candidates its 29523-31614. So you can see for yourself in which category you are and where you fit according to these stats. Also, there is a component of you board marks which can help you get priority and a better rank if you have a good board percentage. |
