Re: How can I join Indian Army after passing 10th?
After completing 10th exam you are not eligible to apply for Indian Army exam but you can apply for Indian Army after completing 12th exam or studying in the 12th examination. You have a two types of entries and they are 10+2 TES Examination, NDA Examination.
10+2 TES Exam :- -->> 12th with 70% Marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of a recognized School. -->> Age should between 16.5 years and 19.5 years. -->> Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. NDA Examination :- -->> 12th with any discipline of a recognized School -->> Age should between 16.5 years and 19 years. -->> Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. |

The age limit for our National defence forces is between 16 to 19 years.........to be better you may take NCC as your extra circular activity at your 12th..........it will be useful to you.....
for this the pattern is 1.NDA test 2.Interview 3.medical test...... 60% of marks is qualification for the exam......All the best |

Re: How can I join Indian Army after passing 10th?
I am not the right person to judge whether joining in Indian Army will be good or not. It all depends upon your own interest.
If you are having the ambition to serve the country by joining in Indian Army, then you can opt for the same. But I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to join Indian Army soon after completion of your 10th class. The reason is, the minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates to join Indian Army is by completion of 12th class with any of the stream. Candidates who are pursuing 12th class can also apply for the Entrance Exam to join Indian Army but they should be able to provide the proof of passing in 12th class when they appear for Interview. The complete selection procedure would involve NDA Exam Interview Medical Test NDA stands for National Defence Academy. Every year UPSC is going to conduct NDA Exam twice a year to recruit the candidates into following defence services Army wing Navy wing Air Force wing The required age criteria for the candidates should be 16 1/2 years to 19 years to apply for this Exam. One should be unmarried male candidate to apply for this Exam. So, try to opt for the stream which you are interested in 12th class and complete it successfully. Start preparation for NDA Exam from very beginning of your 12th class and crack it. Remember one thing, there is a huge competition for this exam among the candidates. So, your preparation should be very high level. Then only you will be placed in Indian Army. Wish you all the best. |
