How can I join merchant navy after complete 12th in arts give me the details and qualifications for it

Arts student cannot apply for Merchant Navy courses.

To be eligible for Merchant Navy courses, you should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Science (PCM) stream.

Procedure to join Merchant navy after complete 12th in arts:-

You cannot join Merchant Navy after 12th standard with arts stream.
To join Merchant Navy, you should have passed with physics, chemistry and mathematics.
After 12th with PCM one can apply for Deck Cadet post in Merchant Navy.
For those who want to become engineer in Merchant Navy must have a Marine engineering degree and or its equivalent qualification.

You are not eligible to apply for the Merchant Navy after completing 12th in arts.
For this level, the Merchant Navy only accepts applications from science students with a background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics who has completed class 12 from any recognized board or institute.*

Only science students with a background in physics, chemistry, and mathematics who have finished class 12 from any recognized board or institute are eligible to apply to the Merchant Navy post.
So, after finishing your 12th grade in the arts, you cannot apply for the Merchant Navy.

The candidate can not join merchant navy after completing 12th in arts stream. The eligibility criteria says that the candidate should have passed 12th in science stream to be eligible for merchant navy. The candidate should be in the age group of 17 to 25 years.

IMU CET, JEE Advanced are the exams to qualify.

°°° According to me, you cannot join merchant Navy after completing 12th in arts stream because in order to join merchant Navy, one should have completed 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board with good percentage.

With Arts stream, you can pursue these courses:

Bachelor of Arts

Bachelors in history honours

Bachelor in economics honours

Bachelors in geography honours

Bachelors in psychology

Eligibility:

1. Merchant Navy course Age limit for Boys and Girls is 17 years- 25 Years.

2. Candidates should have completed their 12th Boards with PCM.

3. A minimum of 60% aggregate score is required in the 12th.
