i wnt to know from where i register myself for exam of upsc...please tell me the registration procedure

You donot need to register yourself but for applying for the exam of UPSC you have fill the application form of the entrance exam of UPSC and send the completsd application form to the address given in the notifications or you may also fill the application form online.
After filling the form you will be automatically registered.

the registration is opened only when the notification or a particular notification is come. for UPSC notification first you have to read the notification.UPSC conduct so many examination through out the year. they publish notification separately for each examination. there is one time duration with in that time you have to register online for a particular examination.

you will get all details about UPSC examination and the date of publication of notification from the website http://www.upsc.gov.in

when the notification will come and with in the specified time period for one examination you will be able to apply only for the examination from the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in

* Direct Recruitment
* Promotion

Direct Recruitment:

Direct Recruitment is conducted broadly under the following two methods:

* Recruitment by competitive examination.
* Recruitment by selection through interview.

Recruitment By Competitive Examination:

The Commission usually conducts over a dozen examinations every year on an all India basis. These include Examinations for recruitment to services/posts in various fields, such as Civil Services, Engineering, Medical and Forest Service, etc.

At present the Union Public Service Commission conduct their examinations at numerous venues spread over 42 regular centers throughout the country.

Recruitment By Selection:

Recruitment by Selection is made by the following methods:

* By Interview Only
* By Recruitment Test Followed By Interview

By Interview Only:

Where the number of applicants is very large, it is not practicable to call for Interview all the applicants who fulfill the minimum eligibility conditions prescribed. The Commission, therefore, shortlist the candidates to be called for the interview on the basis of certain pre-determined criteria related to the job.

By Written Test Followed By Interview:

In this category, there are two types of procedure followed:

An objective-type written and/or practical test to test the skill of the candidates followed by Interview, the final selection being decided by Interview, aided by the performance of the candidates in the written test and/or practical test.

An objective-type written and/or practical test to screen candidates to be called for interview, the final selection being decided by Interview only.

dear there is no registration process as such ...
you have to keep yourself updated through the newspapers as well the official website where the vacancies for different posts are declared.........
in that declaration you would be provided the info. of registration eligibility etc.

the vacancies are declared time to time
you need to decide that among them for which post you need to apply for
keep yourself updated by going through newspapers
as soon as you find the ad. for particular post then fill up the form either in personal or online on the website upsc.gov.in

you can register your self in UPSC exam when you will fill thr form,
Mainly these forms are available in the month of december and january and then you can fill the form, but for more info you can see the given site:-

to fill the upsc exam. you have two choise. you can fill the form by online and physical. governament declered vacancy, form of upsc exam are most of declered in may and december month.

now on 17 october any forms regarding nda are released
