How can we do Young Scientist Programme (Yuvika)?
Hi, currently I am studying in 7th std. I want to do Young Scientist Programme (Yuvika) course. How can I do it? Is there any exam? Which book can I refer for Young Scientist Programme (Yuvika)?

You should complete your 8 th standard for applying and should be currently studying in 9th standard .
They will check the peformance in 8th standard examination. They take into consideration the prizes won in school events like debates, essay writing, Prizes won in District/State/National/International level sports. Scouts and Guides/NCC/ NSS member. |

ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) launched programme YUVIKA - young scientist programme to impart knowledge of space related theories and technologies to students. YUVIKA programme may be held for 2 weeks. Selection will be done on the basis of academic performance of class 8th and extracurricular activities. No entrance is conducted to select students for this programme.
Eligibility for YUVIKA Programme - You must be an Indian citizen including OCI (Overseas Citizen of India). - You must have passed class 8th and currently pursuing class 9th. Application Process - Visit official website : www.isro.gov.in - Click on "YUVIKA - Young Scientists Programme". - Now click on "New Registration". - Fill the registration form and confirm your registration by entering received OTP. - Login and Fill application form and submit your application. - ISRO released merit list of selected candidates who are eligible to participate in YOVIKA programme. |
