My mother's 10th Admit Card contain wrong name. But Voter ID and Aadhar Card also has wrong date of birth but name is correct. So, what should I do for solving this problem? My mother's title is also changed after marriage.

Go to the official website of self service update portal. Login to the portal with your Aadhar number. Submit a request for your Aadhar card name correction. Upload the scanned and self-attested document of your proof of identity.
