sir plz tel me how to be a Cbi officer..and what is the syllabus???i hve complited my PG in Msc-electronic media.

The acronym for CBI is Central Bureau of Investigation. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete bachelor's degre or any equivalent degree. The degree must be complete from a recognised university. Candidate must be a citizen of India. Percentage is not important to apply this exam. Age criteria:- The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years. 3 years relaxation for OtherBackward Classes, 5 years relaxation for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates. Hi friend,
CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation. This exam conducted by Staff Selection Commission. Eligibility: You should be Indian. You should complete the Graduation from recognized university. No percentage required for this exam. The age limit should be between 19 to 27 years. 3 years relaxation for OBC 5 years relaxation for Sc/st. Both male and female candidates are eligible. Selection Process: Written Examination Medical Test Interview All the best. |

![]() ![]() Candidate can join CBI as a sub inspector through combined graduate level examination. The Combined graduate level exam is conducted at the All India level every year by the Staff selection commission. This common entrance examination is conducted for the various departments like Income tax department, Intelligence bureau, Central bureau, Investigator etc. Eligibility Criteria; **candidate must be indian **candidate should have complete graduation from recognized university **candidate age should be in between 20- 27 year **Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule. **The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. **For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years. Entrance examination The entrance examination is conducted in 2 stages. Candidates qualify in the stage 1 examination will be called for the stage 2 examination. And the qualified candidates of stage 2 will be called for the interview test later.
