°°° To change your name in India through legal process firstly you have to go through three processes:

Affidavit

Newspaper Publication

Gazette notification

In affidavit you have to mention that you want to change your name from what to what and the reason for changing your name and then let it signed by the first class magistrate.

After that you have to give advertisement in at least two local leading newspapers of your area regarding this and there are so many online news paper Publication websites where you can contact and ask the process such as:
http://www.ads2publish.com

After that you have to prepare some important documents that are to be sent to the department of Publication, New Delhi and these documents are difficult to prepare so, it would be suggested that you should go to the department of Publication personally and ask them the procedure and they will tell you some format and also another details.

°°°For more information you can visit the official website

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
