dear sir,
when i saw my application status it was given that my application was not recieved yet so please help me to know my application status as soon as possible..
my application no. -B160016383.

to check your status you have to do 2 steps

first
visit the site of the IIT in which zone you have submit your form.

example

Kanpur www.iitk.ac.in
Roorkee www.iitr.ac.in
Delhi www.iitd.ac.in
Mumbai www.iitb.ac.in
Madras www.iitm.ac.in
Kharakpur www.iitkgp.ac.in
Guwahati www.iiternet.ac.in
Second
click the link IIT JEE/JEE which ever you find

Third
click on application status & enter your application no i.e B160016383.

And you get your Application status

just log in to http://jee.iitd.ac.in/validatestatus.php and enter your application form number
but i have checked the website it says that Application Number B160016383 has not been received at JEE Office.

It is very easy to check the status of IIT if you have application no.

Go to the IIT website in which region you have posted your application form.

May be any one from the following :

then click on the link JEE & enter you application no i.e B170000860 & CHECK your STATUS.

If you want to interested to chek the application status of IITJEE then i advise you to go on the website of iitjee in which zone you send the application form.
On the website of iit zone click the application status and enter the application number. After entering the application number you will get your application status.

STEPS:
1.Got to Application Status/Contents
2.Please enter your Application Form Number
3.Click SUBMIT and see the status
