I got only one girl child. She is the one and only daughter of mine. She got 90% marks in CBSE 10th class last year and applied for the scholarship. Now I want to know the status of the application. Whether I will get the scholarship and if yes , when will I get it?

due to lack of information we could not renew the sgc sholarship of my daughter in 2010,she recieved the sholarship for 11th in 2010.what is the next step to avail the scholarship? and when will we have to apply for sgc scholarship for undergraduate studies?

I think they don't give any scholarships for class 10 students whether they get good marks or not

SGC stands for Single Girl Child and the parent having only one child and that is only daughter is eligible for this scheme.

Mainly the scholarship is given for higher studies of higher secondary after passing class Xth with good aggregate and there is some more criteria under which some of the parents due to their salary and being grade one officer you are not eligible to get this scholarship.
