I have OBC certificate in which my father name is Ajit Kumar Chaudhary while on my Xth & XIIth Certificates by mistake it is mentioned as Ajit Mawai. Now I want to change my father name on OBC certificate as Ajit Mawai instead of Ajit Kumar Chaudhary. Kindly advice.

You can visit your block or Tehsil and write an application for "name correction in OBC certificate". You need to attach documents like:

<> Your existing OBC certificate.
<> Income certificate of your parents.
<> Proof of Identity and Proof of Address.
