Yes Off course you're eligible to apply for B.Tech course after completing Diploma course. You may Join in B.Tech course after completing Diploma course through Lateral Entry Scheme. After completing Diploma course you're directly eligible to Join 2nd year.

Eligibility Criteria for LLET stands for (Lateral Entry Entrance Test):-

The candidate should have passed Diploma course from recognized board.
The Candidate should be secure minimum 60% percentage of marks without any pending backlogs.
The Candidate age should be not more than 28 years of age.

So, If you're qualified in LEET Entrance Examination then definitely you you may get admission for B.Tech course.
