dear sir i am studying in 12th and i want to engineering what should i do for this

dear friend
you study in 12th from PCM.you fill up the all entrance exam for e.g IIT,AIEEE,state engg...etc...This form is available from Dec-Jan.you should fill up that form and give the entrance on given date.but before you need preparation for this entrance then give .you should join any coaching classes for better preparation.IIT give only 2 yr.

for being an engineer you are needed to face different entrance exams .the best among them is IIT and AIEEE. elligibility criteria for sitting in these exams is you should have passed/appearing in 12th with PCM. AIEEE needs 55% percent whereas IIT needs 60%.

It is really nice decision to try for the engineering entrance exams. But you need to be very good in mathematics.

There are atleast 10-15 entrance exams you can give after your 12th as you have PCM at 12th. The list is given below with the details of the exams :-

Form will be available from January 2011.

if u hv done +2 non medical then u can give entrance test of AIEEE the form u can get from syndicate bank

You have to appear for the CET of your state. You can try to crack AIEEE/IIT/BITSAT or ISAT. you can search for all these exam's details on the google or if you can't find it, contact me.

when is N A T A exam

if you have a good percentage than apply for counciling otherwise select good college based on donation.

take up pcm in 12th standard....after completing your 12th you need to take up entrance exams conducted by various institutes like IIT's,NIT's,bits pilani,AIEEE...based on your ranking you can select the college .

in order to join engineer you first write entrance exams like eamcet,aieee etc. this are the entrance exams that to join in to colleges for engineering.preparation was needed to get into best college.please take coaching .

now you have to study your science subject carefully. then you have to appear in engineering entrance examination like JEE,IIT JEE, AIEEE and also other state base engineering entrance examination.


one important things i think the form fill up for most of the engineering entrance examination is going on or may be closed. so you should immediately fill up the form for the entrance examination. otherwise you have to miss the chance to study in engineering for this year.


after appearing in the entrance examination you have to secure good position and through counseling you will get chance to take admission in your best college.

now IITs are the best college in india for technical study. so must appear in the IIT JEE and if you get chance don't miss it.

one another way. you may take admission in diploma of engineering after your 12 study. after diploma you may do graduation in engineering. but it will take long. it's better to take admission in graduation of engineering directly. but if you don't get the chance then try for diploma in engineering.

If you are from PCM stream and have passed (or hope to pass) 12th class with >55% marks, you can give various engineering entrance exams: All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), IITJEE exams, State exams (e.g. WBJEE), NATA, VITEEE, Manipal (manipal.edu) etc. IITs are the best colleges in the country having experienced faculty and history of international placements. Next come NITs, whose admission is from AIEEE. Their placement is also very good.

IIT forms have closed but AIEEE forms will come in Syndicate banks and other institutions across the country from 22 Dec. Get the details and download Information Brochure from aieee.nic.in

first of all complete your class 12th . try to get atleast 60% with science stream (physics,chemistry and maths). after completing 12th you will have to appear in engineering entrance exams . get good marks and rank there and get good college and branch as well.
there are so many engineering entrance exams but the best among them is IIT-JEE and AIEEE. IIT-JEE need a minimum of 60% in 12th whereas AIEEE needs 55% in 12th . good luck

For doing engineering course (BE/BTech) from a premier institution you must appear in engineering entrance exams like:

IIT JEE - for admission to IITs
AIEEE - for admission to CBSE AIEEE participating colleges
Karnataka CET - for engineering colleges in karnataka
VITEEE - for VIT, vellore
BITSAT - for BITS, pilani
MANIPAL UGET

For appearing in IIT JEE you must secure at least 60% in 12th science.

In order to join an engineering college you have to entrance exams. There are various entrance exams are available. First you decide which entrance exams you are going to write. Then look at the websites of particular exam.

If you did PCM
you can go throw the entrance exam for Btech in Eng. of various streams
in various colleges. That particular forms for Entrance Exam will be availible in March April session in any colleges.

Firstly you can go for AIEEE and IIT...these two test are very important for non-medical students...if you wish to become engineer then these two tests are very important to you....be prepare for these two tests...after that if you clear any of one of these two you get good government college to make your future and fulfill your dreams in field of engineering......

If you are a student of PCM in 12th, then you can apply for AIEEE, UPTU, AMU entrance etc, according to you, applying these forms you have to qualify a test then according to your rank you will get a college. so work hard.
