How to do Ph.D in electronics field?


Hi
I finished my ME in power electronois and drives in last year. I would like to do Phd in electronics field. How to apply for Phd courses and what is the procedure. Please let me know whether any experience is required to apply PHD.

hai,
every year feb to mar Ph.D application form available all university
to select a university to apply the Ph.D
min of 60% marks in degree and any one subject electronois
