Minimum qualification required to get admission for bachelor of Education is Graduation with 50% of marks in concerned subjects. Candidates from reserved category may get 5% relaxation in marks. For reserved category candidates MIER college of Education and Calcutta University ask for 40% of marks in graduation. But for general category 50% marks will be essential. Students with lower percentage marks can pursue higher studies in some other courses. Post graduate degree will provide better job opportunities.
