How to get admission in Durgapur NIT after scoring 30,000 rank?

sir if my state rank in jee main2013 in obc is 30000 can i get admisson in durgapur nit

If you are in top 20 percentile on the basis of your class 12marks ,.If you have secured top score like 95-98 percent in your class 12 you will get nit durgapur...
If you are a Bengali,you may get for some less marks also because you are considered as a home candidate...
