Sir I have done graduation in English in 2005 with Hindi and Geography as major subjects. And now I want to do M.A in Hindi. What is the procedure for admission that I should follow ?

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in M.A Hindi.

The common eligibility to get admission in master degree is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

So, you have to qualify in admission entrance test ( or be in the merit list if admission on the basis of qualifying examination ).

There is no bar on gap year to get admission in most of the universities but in few universities gap year is not allowed.
