you have to get a Bachelor degree is required, preferably a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), for example in the field of tourism, leisure management, hotel management, economics, commerce, general management or finance. Bachelor students with such a BBA degree are directly eligible if they if they meet the following criteria-

Sufficient knowledge (Bachelor level) of tourism planning and development;
Sufficient knowledge (Bachelor level) of cross cultural studies;
Sufficient academic skills at Bachelor level.....

you should have the diploma courses one needs to be a simple Graduate from a recognized India University. However the minimum qualification to earn a master degree is Graduation with 50% marks for General category students. The Sc / ST candidates need to have 45% marks in Graduation.
