How to get exemption from entrance examination of PhD offered by IGNOU?
I applied for PhD Commerce from IGNOU for 2020 March. I qualified NET in November, 2017. I want to avail exemption from entrance test, there is no clause for this in application form. I couldn't get e certificate for qualifying NET only result copy as per NIC I have. What should I do?

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% in their post-graduation. There is a relaxation of 5% marks for reserved candidates (SC/ST/OBC). Candidates who have completed their MPhil (along with course work) or have cleared NET or any other equivalent exam will be exempted from appearing form the IGNOU entrance exam.
