Lower division clerk positions are offered by central government as well as state government. Pass in 12th class from any recognized institute is the basic qualification required. Selection will be offered on the basis of competitive tests conducted by SSC, PSC, etc. In banks and railways also, you can apply for clerk jobs. Details on the exam and application details can be collected from concerned web portal.

Dear aspirant ,

-For lower division clerk job you have to apply for SSC CHSL exam.

-SSC CHSL is a 10+2 level exam conducted by staff selection commission for recruitment of lower division clerks and data entry operators.

-Your age must be 18 to 27 years if you are general category candidate for this exam.

-But if you are SC/ST you will get 5 years age relaxation, For OBC it is 3 years and for physically handicapped it is 10 years.

-The selection is based on objective type paper and Skill test.

-Only those candidates who pass the objective type paper will be asked for skill test.

-Skill test will test your typing speed with accuracy.

-If you don't pass skill test you will not be eligible for post.

BEST OF LUCK....
