YOU should get entrance exam paper on IES exam website .
You should take all question paper from a book by MADE EASY
where you gate all previous yr paper with solution .

I am attaching the previous year question paper for Civil Engineering.
You should have specified that you are interesed in which section of engineering.
The papers are of year 2009 & 2010.
It contains the General ability Test ,Objective Test Paper & Conventional paper too.
So you can download them & use it for practise.
For more question paper it will be better that you purchase the question papers for book stalls as they are easily available there.

The UPSC conducts the Engineering Service twice a year.

To apply for the exam you need to be a graduate in engineering from a AICTE approved institution.

Also you must be within 21-30 years of age.
