ISRO conducts it's separate entrance examination for engineers. the test consists of questions from subjects of respective branch of candidate.

in case of computer science prominent subjects are- computer networks, operating systems, automata, compiler design , dbms, digital logic, engineering math etc.

YES, you can get in ISRO after passing BE/BTECH in electronics and Communications.
For this you have to appear in the written test conducted by ISRO

ISRO conducts the written tests for the posts of Scientists and Engineers each year
Last date to apply for this years exams is already over

Below is the Minimum eligibilty to apply :
BE/BTECH in relevant stream of engineering with minimum aggregate of 65% marks

Age- Maximum age to apply for the General Candidates is 35 years
OBC can apply till 38 years
SC/ST can apply till 40 years

Selection procedure involves:
>> Written Tests
>> Interviews

Recruitment process involoes 2 steps
1. Enterance Exam
2. Interview

Whenever there is a requirement the notification will be released on the ISRO careers website just keep checking the website. The old question papers with answers are also available on the website.
