Dear All,
I would like to draw all your attention towards the present situation of crime & terrorism privaling all over the world. India is one of the soft target among them. Indian people are friendly, hardworking, developing. But one factor which is creating confusion among the people, also leading towards corruption is recruitment process. The age limit i.e. 18yrs-25yrs or 35yrs for some cases limits the employment opportunities to some. He or She while are in education within 18yrs-35yrs age, are diverted to the government jobs. Most of the people join Government jobs for job security, pensions etc.. I would like to say these where those people who required Government jobs, just for their fulfillment. I am not referring that people working in these are not capable, but i would like to point out, that Government must think about the age criteria i.e. 18yrs-35yrs, must be removed and must start from 25yrs-55yrs, must not be applicable in G.D,. Branches. The Government of India must also recruit staff not only from within their department but also from private organisations, as they would get experienced staff, and the staff would also get an opportunity to know the Government also.
Government jobs must not be considered as an alternative. Organizations like military, defense, intelligence, police are sensitive area's for the country. Age limits 18yrs-25yrs is good for G.D. Branches and also physical standards are required, but why this age limit is applicable for duties like clerical posts, administrative, group C,D., intelligence gathering (sources). I would like Government to look into this policy, i believe if Government start deputation system from private organisations, crime and corruption will definitely fall down.

assistant central intelligence officer grade-2/executive
group c non -gazetted /non ministerial
vacanies -750
age limit 18-27
graduation valid university
should know the computer knowledge
age relaxation as per government
sc/st +5years
obc+3years
ph+10 years

sir , i am akshay and i am in 12th standard....its my dream to serve for RAW and eventually my motherland. Should i own a degree compulsorily???or are there any other options so that i can get into RAW through any exams?

Just chill guys. It is just another Govt. job. Pay scale is not lucrative and benefits are not astronomical. Let Govt. decide what, when, where and who. These jobs are boring. It may not put you in good shoe as career prospects are limited. Working hours are horrible.
