Respected sir please note i've lost my HSC marksheet am i neither do I remember my seat nbr, so is it possible to get my seat nbr or marksheet by my name n date of birth

For such purpose, you must visit your school or you can visit your regional.biard office to submit the request for duplicate copy of marksheet if you have your 12th registration number, roll number etc.

But as you did your HSC in 1993 , it's been quite a long time and you must write an application to the regional board as well as your school for such purpose requesting them for a duplicate marksheet.

You have to visit to your school first if you dont have your registration number of twelth examination. Take Registration number, your character certificate from your school, your roll number of your exam and then visit to your regional board office to submit the request for duplicate copy of your marksheet.

Then you have to Fill an application form. You must fill the application form carefully. An Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10 should be filed. Prepare a demand draft for the requisite amount. Attach identification certificate of a gazetted officer or principal. Attach the new paper declaration/press release. Send to board regional office with all attachments.

You can get the duplicate HSC mark sheet by applying through the online website of CBSE which is https://www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.html. On this page check for the 'Board Examination' and from the dropdown click on 'Duplicate Documents & Correction in Particulars'. A new page will get open then click on "Procedure and Application Forms" and from the dropdown select the duplicate option. Click on the printed document option if you want a hard copy, you need to fill in the details such as Roll Number, Passing Year, Your Name, and Father's Name. Fill in all the required details and pay the fees online and submit the form.

If you forgot your roll number then in that case you need to contact your school office so that they help you in getting your roll number so that you can apply for the duplicate copy of your mark sheet.

You can contact them by email or their helpline number but personally it would be better if you go personally and ask them and let them know the whole thing to them.

As you have lost your mark sheet of year 1993, so it would be better if you talk with your school authorities because they will guide you the best and you have to write an application to the principal of your school and there you have to mention the all details and intimate them about your lost of marksheet.
After that your school authorities will guide you that what steps you have to take because there is a provision of issue of duplicate certificate if any candidate lost his or her marksheet.

Although it is possible to get duplicate certificate from the board but only after giving them required information and on payment of fee for the issue of new certificate.

Seat number or date of birth is not only the sufficient information to get the new certificate.

To get the old marksheet the only available option is to contact the regional or board office headquarters.
