Dear Sir, i am a 23 old MBA graduate resides in Delhi.
I want to be in IMA . so what is the procedure to get in ?

IMA - INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY, in order to join IMA you have to apply, appear and crack CDS(Combined Defence Service) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as CDS-I and CDS-II.

As you are a MBA Graduate, you can apply for CDS. Apart from this academic qualification you must be an unmarried Indian male candidate within the age of 19 to 24 years with good Physical and Mental physique.

CDS can be applied through on line by paying requisite fee for the exam.

The selection is through written exam, personal interview, Physical Fitness Test and finally through Medical Test.

How To Compete For IMA

In order to join the Indian Military Academy (IMA)..you will have to clear the Combined Defense Services Exam (CDS) which is conducted every year by the UPSC twice in the months of February and September..

Eligibility Criterion :-

A candidate must fulfill the following minimum conditions for appearing for the CDS Exam :-

>> The candidate must have completed his graduation from a recognized University or should be in the final year in any discipline..

>> The candidate must be within the age limit of 19-24 years..

Exam PAttern :-

The candidates shall be tested on the following subjects :-

>> General Awareness
>> Elementary Maths
>> Language Skills

You need to clear the following rounds in order to get recruited :-

>> Written Exam
>> SSB Interview
>> Medical Examination
