hello sir/ madam, I am Sonu Shukla from ujjain.I have completed my post graduation in mass communication from Vikram University ujjain. I want to know that how can I join the c.b.i. Please suggest me.

To become CBI officer, you may appear for combined graduate preliminary exam, conducted by staff selection commission.

To be eligible for the exam, you must hold a bachelors degree from a recognized university.
Minimum age is 20 years and the Maximum age limit is 27 years.

You may also appear for entrance which is conducted every year by UPSC for entry to CBI.After passing the entrance and interview and the completing the training you will be appointed as Junior Investigation Officer or Sub Inspector of CBI.

To become a CBI officier you have to clear SSC exam.
the ssc exam is a combined graducate preliminary examination.

* you have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of any recognized University.
AGE Criteria
you must be aged between 20 and 27 years

SSC Pattern

it is divided into two stageseach carrying maximum marks of 100 and having duration of 2 hours.

Hello Sonu,
To join CBI, you may write Combined Graduate Level Exam.
The Examination is conducted by staff selection commission for recruitment of assistant, Sub-Inspector in CBI, income tax officer etc.

To be eligible for the exam, you must hold a bachelors degree.
The minimum eligible age is 18 years.
The maximum age limit is 27 years.

The age limit for the post of Sub-Inspector in CBI is 20-25 years and for the post of assistant, it is 20-27 years.

Hi,

the need of intelligence services is required to tackle with corruption, terrorism and other anti social elements. Cbi has two departments named anti corruption and special crimes.


Here is some information for those who want to choose intelligence services as their career option.

Examination pattern:-

-direct recruitment to cbi is done through examinations conducted by the staff selection commission. It is done for three different posts:- sub-inspector, assistant public prosecutor and senior public prosecutor (spp).

- the candidate should clear his written test, interview and medical.


Eligibility:-

- for assistant pp, ll.b.(law) with 5 of years experience is the minimum qualification.

-for deputy sp, graduation and for senior public prosecutor, being a law graduate with 10 years of experience is the minimum qualification.

. For the post of sub inspector the criteria is as follows:- between 18-25 years of age, graduate, height to be minimum 5’6″ and chest 32′ (+2″). The candidate should clear his written test, interview and medical.

• for the training, cbi officers who are directly recruited go to police academy in ghaziabad and ips officers training centre is at hyderabad.

Eligibility for C.B.I exam:-

1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in any trade.

2.Final year candidates can also apply for C.B.I exam..

3.Age should be in between 20-27 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

4.Candidate should be a citizen of India.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.

Eligibility for appearing CBI exam :-

1) Age :-Your's age must lie between :-

YES... off course, You can join CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation.


To become CBI officer you will have to appear in CGPE{Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam} test conducted SSC{Staff Selection Commission} of India every year.




There are following post in CBI:

1. Senior Public Prosecutor (SPP).
   
2. Sub-Inspector

Eligibility condition for CBI exam:
