hello sir iam very much intrested to join in army. iam doing b tech 3rd year of ECE dept. sir pls help me to join in army. and tell what are all the exam i should face. pls help me.

Dear friend,
To get into indian army you can give the following exams-
1.Through CDSE(combined defence services exam)-which requires Any graduate degree/BE/B Tech degree having passed class 12th with PCM as a subject. this exam is conducted every year in the month of April and september.
The minimum age must be 19 to 23 years.

2.Through SSC(short service commision)- which requires Any graduate degree with minimum 60 % aggregate marks, having passed class 12 with PCM as a subject.

There are many mode of entry into Indian army after b.tech and also you can apply for exams ...

ssb-short service commision
for this you can apply in final year and direct interview will be there..

UES-university entry scheme
for this you can either apply in final year or better apply in 3rd year as the whole process will take more than a year!!

and you can apply for CDS i.e combined defense service
this will be make you enter into not only army but also into airforce, navy branches also..

hi, there is no written exam required, if you apply to the Short Service Commission Tech Exam. just look out the ad in indian army web. apply as per the format.

to join indian army you have to two ways to get into it after the graduation degree:
1)through CDS exam
2)through UES exam
both are conducted by UPSC

you can join in Indian Army after completing B.Tech in ECE.

you can get chance in Indian Army after completing B.Tech in ECE in many ways

1.through UES. which exam you can appear in the final year of your btech.

2.through UPSC exam. this exam you can appear after your graduation course.

3.Through TES exam. this exam you can appear appear in the final year of your btech.

4.through CDS exam.

if you want to join the indian army then you have to write the cds exam
its an very tough exam and general consists of general awareness and english and basic maths,
its held twice an year,also you have to pass an medical test to get selected,

after completing that interview and medical you are selected in indian army

You can join Indian Army through
UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME:
The notification for this is generally published in the month of MAY in
Employment New and National Dailies.
Eligibility:
Age: 19 to 25 yrs for Final Year students and 18 to 24 yrs for Pre Final Year.
Education: BE/BTech final or pre final year students can apply.
Marital Status- Un Married male candidates can apply.

COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION:
The CDSE exam is conducted by UPSC.
The exam is conducted twice every year and the notification is published
in Employment News, National Dailies and on UPSC official website.
Eligibility

Education: Graduation from a recognized University.

You can join army by appearing in CDS exam.
They also conduct walkings for different field of army like techincal officers in Army, navy and air force.
They also require communication engineer and signal and system engineer.

Hello Gnana,

Indian Army is a Grade A officer and it is one of the most prestigious service in a country.
It is possible to join Indian Army after B.Tech. Following are the ways
1. You can write an exam called CDS (combined defense service) conducted by UPSC.
2. You can join through technical scheme entry. For this you need to score well in your B.Tech degree.

if you are interested in joining the Indian army then you have the options of writing the exams like CDS,UES,TES,etc conducted by UPSC...also you can try the technical entry with direct interview...

To be a part of indian army after graduation there are chance you to appear for written test conducted by indian army for different posts
you have qualification as aofficer and as ground men (based on secondary and Intermediate)
