I live in Patna , Bihar .i want to join TOEFL coaching classes ,residing in patna.but i came to know that the coaching in patna are not of a good standard.what should i do?

As its name you can understand that it is totally based on English language.
The better your English, the more chance to get good ranks.
It is the aptitude test for the candidate who are interested to study abroad. If you will qualify this test you may get a number of scholarships. But, the candidate should have a degree to appear in this test.
