what are the qualities of a leader?
how i have to be if i want a leader.

The designation Leader will be given to the candidate who can lead the people in a better manner and should be capable of bringing the better results from the others.

Leader will be given very much importance in the organization because leader is the one who can bring most out of his followers.

For this, leader should be capable of good understanding of each and every of his followers. Understanding in the sense their strenghts, their areas of interest, their views, opinions regarding the assigned project and other aspects of them.

Until and unless a leader is good in these aspects, it is difficult for the leader to get good results from his members.

A leader should not be aggressive. He should be given freedom to all his followers so that they will feel free to share all their problems and there by the problems will be resolved.

In addition, a leader should have a proper communication channel to communication information to his members.

He should be strong enough in
-hard working nature
-adaptability
-have to involve all his followers in decision making
-have to choose the best opinion out of the views of followers.

A leader should have to assign the tasks to his followers by considering the areas in which they have good strengths so that they can become expertise and can bring innovation.

A leader should have:
1.Dominating charector but ploitely.
2.Lot of confidence but must be below from overconfidence.
3.Good speaking power.
4.Good decision maker.
5.Find out easy way for solving anythng.
6.Keeping good relation to his or her followers.

A leader should possess almost all the good qualities....that are possessed by his/her followers.

* Should have POSSESSIVE nature towards his followers
* Should be Interactive
* Should be daring
* Should be able to solve conflicts in a smooth way
* Should have control over his/her followers
* Should be able to guide
* Should have a clear idea regarding his team and their views


Possessive nature can be achieved by a person, only when he/she treats each and every person of team as his family member.
In order to solve problems a raised in the team, he should be interactive with all his followers. The leader should be a follower on his own in order to know the attitude of followers.
The leader should be able to take a decision on his own after analyzing the situation, and this is not enough, he should be ready to face the problems that a raises because of his decision.
When the leader order his follower to do a task., then the follower must do it with out any delay or hesitation and this is possible only when the follower have at most belief on his leader. So, Belief of followers on the leader should be achieved by the leader himself/herself only.
The leader should maintain friendly relationships with his or her followers.
Guiding the followers is a must. In order to guide, the leader should have experienced the task and should have a great idea regarding situations.
Leader should be able to consider the thoughts and ideas of his/her followers, analyze and apply them for better results.
So, finally In order to lead other people, the leader must be commanding,possessive, friendly, interactive and understanding.The person should have control on his followers. One can have control on others, only when he is perfect and able to do all those certain tasks that can be done by the follower.
